Abstract:
Zaključno delo podaja pregled in razvoj krmilja za vodenje vgrajenega sistema livnega mehanizma v vakuumski komori, izdelan za potrebe vlivanja umetnih materialov v brezzračnem prostoru. Podrobneje so opisani gradniki krmilja, tehnike vlivanja, komunikacija z vgrajenim sistemom in prikaz meritev tlaka v komori na grafičnem LED prikazovalniku. Celoten sistem je zgrajen iz enote vgrajenega sistema in pripadajočega krmilja. Komunikacija z vgrajenim sistemom poteka preko UART dvožične komunikacije, po kateri prejemamo informacije o tlaku v vakuumski komori. Koračni motor, ki ga uporabljamo za nagib vpete čaše, krmilimo s pomočjo rotacijskega inkrementalnega dajalnika.

Title:
Embedded system controller for casting mechanism in vacuum chamber
Abstract:
The final work provides overview and development of embedded pouring system mechanism controller in vacuum chamber, manufactured for the purpose of resin casting in the airless area. Report contains detailed description of controller elements, communication with embedded system and visualization of chamber pressure measurements on a graphical LED display. The entire system consists of embedded system unit and its controller. Communication with embedded system is enabled with UART protocol, through which we receive the information about the air pressure in the vacuum chamber. Stepper motor that we use to tilt the mounted glass, is maneuvered with the rotary incremental encoder.
