Abstract:
Diplomska naloga obravnava projekt uvajanja celovitega informacijskega sistema v podjetju Helios. Ker je bil predhodni sistem zastarel in ni omogočal nadgradnje ter povezave z ostalimi podjetji v Skupini, je v veliki meri vplival na konkurenčnost podjetja. Predstavljeni so razlogi za zamenjavo informacijskega sistema, ERP sistemi, podjetje SAP ter metodologija uvajanja ASAP. Opisan je potek projekta, projektna organiziranost. Izdelana je analiza SWOT, prav tako so ocenjeni učinki uvedbe informacijskega sistema SAP v konkretnem podjetju.

PROJECT OF ERP IMPLEMENTATION IN HELIOS COMPANY
Abstract:
The graduation thesis deals with a project of introduction of a comprehensive information system in the company Helios. Since the previous system was out of date and did not enable upgrade and connection with the rest of the companies in the Group, it affected the competitiveness of the company to the great extent. Reasons for replacement of information system, ERP systems, SAP company, and the methodology of ASAP introduction are presented. The progress of the project and project organization are described. SWOT analysis was made, as well effects of introduction of SAP information system in an actual company were estimated.
