Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena zdravstvena nega pacienta po operaciji žolčnika ter aktivnosti zdravstvene nege. V uvodnem delu je opisana bolezen žolčnih kamnov, dejavniki tveganja, diagnostika, zdravljenje, operacija (klasična, laparoskopska) ter zapleti, prednosti in slabosti posameznega posega. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili vlogo medicinske sestre pri obravnavi pacienta po operaciji žolčnika s poudarkom na zdravstveno vzgojnem delu. Prav tako smo predstavili in opisali enajst funkcionalnih vzorcev zdravega obnašanja Marjory Gordon. Iz vseh zbranih podatkov smo izpostavili najpomembnejše probleme, kot so bolečina, nevarnost infekcije, zmanjšana možnost za samostojno osebno higieno, nepopolna telesna mobilnost, motnje v ritmu spanja. Opisana je kontinuirana zdravstvena nega.

Title:
NURSING THE PATIENT AFTER GALLBLADDER SURGERY
Abstract:
The thesis introduces the patient’s nursing care and nursing care activity after the gallbladder operation. In the introduction the gallstones disease has been described, followed by the description of risk factors, diagnostics, treatment, operation (classical and laparoscopic), possible complications, advantages and disadvantages of a surgical procedure. We have also introducedthe nurse’s role in the course of patient’s treatment after gallbladder operation. We have mainly emphasisedthe medical - educational work. Afterwards we have presented and described Marjory Gordon’s eleven functional examples of healthy behaviour. According to collected data we have emphasised the most important problems, such as pain, danger of an infection, reduced possibility for independent personal hygiene, incomplete physical mobility and sleep disorder. Continues nursing care has also been described.
