Abstract:
V Sloveniji vsako leto narašča število udeležencev v prometu. Posledica tega je veliko število prometnih nesreč, od tistih z materialno škodo do tistih s smrtnim izidom. Diplomska naloga opisuje prometne nesreče v predorih na slovenskih avtocestah. S strani Direkcije za avtoceste Republike Slovenije in slovenske policije smo prejeli podatke o nesrečah ter jih analizirali in predstavili. Podrobno smo opisali glavne vzroke za nastanek nesreč v predoru Trojane ter jih prikazali s pomočjo grafov in tabel. Stanje v predorih bi lahko izboljšali že s samo izgradnjo. Opremljeni bi morali biti tako, da bi bil med nesrečo možen varen umik ter uspešna in hitra intervencija. V primeru požara bi lahko v vozilih imeli dodatni gasilni aparat, ki bi omogočil takojšnje gašenje ter s tem zmanjšali škodo. Ugotovili smo, da se največje število prometnih nesreč zgodi zaradi prehitre vožnji, zato bi bilo potrebno v vse predore nastaviti merilce hitrosti, s pomočjo katerih bi kaznovali tiste, ki ne upoštevajo omejitev. Pogosteje pa bi bilo potrebno tudi kaznovati voznike, ki se v primeru slabega vremena ustavljajo v predorih in s tem povečujejo možnost za nastanek prometnih nesreč.

Title:
ANALYSIS OF DATA ON ROAD TRAFFIC SAFETY IN THE TUNNEL TROJANE
Abstract:
A number of participants in traffic is growing every year in Slovenia. There is a large number of traffic accidents with damage of property and those with a fatal outcome as a result of it. The thesis describes a traffic accidents in the tunnels on Slovenian motorways. We analyzed and presented the data about the accidents, recived from Directorate for higways of the Republic of Slovenia and the Slovenian police. We described and presented in detail the main causess of accidents in the tunnel Trojane and displey them by means of graphs and tables. Security in our tunnels could be improved even at the beginning of construction. Tunnels should be equipped to allow safe evacuation, as well as safe and effective intervention in case of traffic accidents. Every vehicle should have an additional fire extinguisher as mandatory equipment, which would allow immediate quenching, and consequently less damage. According to our findings, a large number of accidents are the result of speeding. Therefore it would be necessary to install a speedometer in all tunnels and penalize drivers who do not comply with the speed limit. Those drivers who stop in the tunnels in the event of a deterioration in the weather and thereby increase the possibility of accidents should be punished more often.
