Abstract:	V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili izgradnjo otroškega zabaviščnega parka s spremljajočo gostinsko dejavnostjo, kot jih poznamo v tujini. Gre za dokaj velik finančni projekt, zato smo predhodno izvedli raziskavo trga, osebni poslovni načrt na osnovi kalkulacije, oceno tveganja in možnost izvedbe v Sloveniji. Seveda projekt ni odkrivanje tople vode, saj tovrstni otroški parki v tujini niso redkost. Zanimalo nas je, zakaj se v Sloveniji tega še nihče ni lotil. Sama ideja oziroma kopija ideje se na prvi pogled zdi dobra, toda ali v resnici pomeni dobiček, pa smo ugotavljali v tej diplomski nalogi. Problem projekta je da v Sloveniji še nimamo primerljivega parka, zato težko ocenimo vzdržnost projekta oziroma obiskanost otroškega parka. Potrebna je bila temeljita raziskava trga, ter raziskava obiskanosti tovrstnih parkov v tujini glede na število prebivalcev v regiji kjer se nahaja. Po raziskavi smo dobili podatek o predvidenem letnem obisku. Nato smo se lotili stroškov investicije: nakup zemljišča, izgradnja objekta in namestitev opreme. Ugotovili smo stanje lastnih sredstev in naklonjenost bank za odobritev kredita. Proučili smo tudi terminski rok izvedbe. Po ugotovitvi smo temeljito proučili stroške obratovanja, stroške dela in poskušali čim bolj optimizirati delovni proces. Cilj naloge je bila raziskava, analiza, kalkulacija izvedbe projekta in ocena rentabilnosti. Zanimali so nas faktorji naklonjenosti uporabnikov, populacija uporabnikov v regiji, zakonodaja, splošna gospodarska klima in drugo. Rezultati naloge pokažejo, da je projekt interesanten in dobičkonosen. Seveda ne govorimo o bogastvu, ampak trdemu delu, ki se obrestuje. Glede na rezultate je projekt delno rizičen. Namenjen je posamezniku oziroma ekipi, ki ima močno voljo za tovrstno dejavnost, je vztrajen in predan delu. Se pa strinjamo, da bi predstavljal veliko popestritev na družabnem in turističnem področju.

Title:	Warranty for investment in the children’s park constuction
Abstract:	In the graduation thesis, we have presented construction of a child amusement park with an accompanying catering activity, as they are known abroad. That is a fairly large financial project, therefore we have previously conducted a survey of a market, personal business plan based on calculation, risk assessment, and the possibility of implementation in Slovenia. Of course the project does not reinvent the wheel, because this kind of amusement parks are not rare. We were interested in why in Slovenia nobody has started this project. The idea itself or its copy seems good at first glance, but whether in fact represents profit has been established in this graduation thesis. The problem of the project is that there is no comparable park in Slovenia, therefore it is difficult to assess the project´s sustainability or visit of the park. A thorough market research was necessary, as well as visit of this kind of parks abroad in regard to the number of inhabitants in region where the park is situated. After the research, we have obtained an information on the estimated annual visit. Later, we have dealt with investment expenses: land purchase, construction of the building, and installation of the equipment. We have established a stock of assets and inclination of banks for granting a credit. We have also reviewed a period for implementation. After the establishment, we have thoroughly examined the operational costs, labour costs, and tried to optimise a working process as much as possible. The objective of the thesis was a research, analysis, calculation of implementation of a project, and assessment of viability. We were interested in factors of users´ affection, population of users in a region, legislation, general economic climate, and other. The results of the thesis reveal that the project is interesting and profitable. Of course we do not talk about wealth, but about hard work that pays off. In regard to the results, the project is partly risky. It is intended for an individual or a team with a strong will for this type of activity and persistence and dedication to work. However, we agree that the project would represent a huge diversification in social and tourist area.
