Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili celoten proces avtomatizacije stiskalnice za stiskanje strešnih panelov. Naloga stiskalnice je, da med dvema pločevinastima ploščama stisne izolacijski material in tako izdela strešni panel z izolacijo, ki se uporablja za prekrivanje streh. Podrobno smo opisali delovanje in mehansko zasnovo naprave, uporabljeno strojno in programsko opremo, načrtovanje avtomatizacije ter programiranje celotne stiskalnice za stiskanje strešnih panelov.

AUTOMATION OF ROOF PANELS COMPRESSING SYSTEM
Abstract:
This thesis presents the comprehensive automation process for compressing roof panels. The task of the presses is compressing the two sheet-metal plates with insulating material in-between for producing a roof panel with insulating material, which is used for roofing. We described in detail the functioning and mechanical design of the device, hardware and software that was used, planning of the automation and programming of compressing presses of roof panels.
