Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je obdelana problematika načrtovanja avtomatizacije vodenja in računalniškega nadzora klimatskih sistemov v industrijskem okolju. Opisano je industrijsko okolje v farmaciji in kemijski industriji, kjer je poudarek na predpisani stopnji čistosti okolja in ustrezna zaščita pred nastankom eksplozije zaradi uporabe eksplozijskih zmesi. V diplomski nalogi je zato na kratko opisana funkcija klimatizacije in prezračevanja v industrijsko zahtevnih prostorih, da se v delovnem prostoru poleg zagotavljanja ustreznih klimatskih pogojev zagotovi vnaprej določena čistost zraka in s tem zadostimo predpisanim pogojem proizvodnje, ter preprečimo nastanek eksplozijskih zmesi. Prikazan je eden od načinov reševanja problematike, ki se pojavlja pri načrtovanju avtomatike klimatizacije v zahtevnem okolju. Izdelani so tehnični opisi, vezalne sheme avtomatizacije in prikaz komunikacijskih povezav računalniškega vodenja in nadzora.

PLANNING AUTOMATIZATION AND CONTROL OF HVAC SYSTEMS IN INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENT
Abstract:
This diploma work is focusing on problems connected to planning automatization and computerized control of HVAC systems in industrial environment. It is described an industrial environment in pharmaceutical and chemical industry, with special emphasis on defined levels of environmental cleanliness and proper protection against explosion due to use of explosive mixtures. For this purpose, the diploma work is shortly describing the function of HVAC system and ventilation in industrial demanding environments, so that in addition to ensuring proper HVAC condition the air cleanliness in working room is determined in advance. In this way, we are compliant with prescribed conditions of manufacturing industry and we are preventing creation of explosive mixtures. It is shown is one of the methods for solving problems, which often occur when planning automatization of HVAC systems in demanding environment. There are made the technical descriptions, automation wiring diagrams and plan of computerized guidance and control communication links.
