Title:Okoljska problematika v Vodicah - študija primera : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Varnost in policijsko delo

Abstract:V diplomskem delu razpravljamo o okoljski problematiki Vodic. Zaradi specifične lege kraja in vedno večjega razvoja industrije se povečuje tudi promet v vseh oblikah. Za izgradnjo in vzdrževanje teh objektov in naprav je potreben velik poseg v naravo (sečnja gozdov, izguba rodovitne zemlje itd.). Problem predstavlja tudi nepravilno ravnanje in odlaganje odpadkov, kar je škodljivo, nevarno in nevestno ravnanje posameznikov oziroma skupine ljudi. Zaznano problematiko smo proučevali z lastnim opažanjem, področje varstva okolja smo preverili med krajani, na Občini Vodice in na nivoju države. Izvedli smo anketo in informativne pogovore oziroma intervjuje. Vse to smo nadgradili s pregledom številne literature. Ugotovili smo, da prebivalce Vodic zelo moti in ogroža močan pretok cestnega in zračnega prometa. Promet ima naslednje negativne učinke: hrup, izpušni plini, tresljaji, uničevanjem celotne cestne infrastrukture itd. Smeti, odvrženih v okolje, je kljub dobri ozaveščenosti krajanov še vedno sorazmerno veliko. Zaskrbljujoče je dejstvo, da so med temi tudi zelo nevarni odpadki. Tako brezobzirno ravnanje bi moralo biti strogo sankcionirano. Že res, da varstvo okolja ureja država z zakonom, toda menimo, da bi morale biti kazni strožje in da bi morale pristojne službe na tem področju delovati bolje. V nalogi smo predstavili nekaj idej/predlogov. Ugotovili smo, da je potrebno namestiti dodatne koše, čim prej izgraditi novo kanalizacijsko omrežje in obvoznico ter morebiti zaposliti občinskega okoljskega nadzornika. Da bi sprožili samoiniciativno ravnanje krajanov, bi bilo potrebno nameniti večjo pozornost predstavljanju posledic nepravilnega ravnanja z okoljem in opozoriti na pomembnost čistega okolja. Krajani bi posledično več uporabljali alternativna prevozna sredstva, bolje ločevali in razširili sam pomen čistega okolja v krogu družine in prijateljev. Zbrane ugotovitve želimo predstaviti širšemu krogu krajanov s pomočjo občinskega glasila in s tem narediti korak k večji ozaveščenosti v Vodicah.

Title:Okoljska problematika v Vodicah
Abstract:The discussion in this thesis focuses on the environmental issues of Vodice. Due to a specific location and growing industrial development of Vodice, all forms of traffic are increasing. The construction and maintenance of facilities, plants and infrastructure require major interventions in the nature (logging, loss of fertile land, etc.). One of the problems is also the improper handling and disposal of waste, which constitutes harmful, hazardous and careless conduct of individuals or groups of people. The detected issues were studied through our own observations and the environmental protection was examined at the level of local residents, the Municipality of Vodice level and the state level. A survey and informative conversations or interviews were carried out. All this was upgraded by studying the appropriate literature. It has been found that the residents of Vodice are very distressed and also threatened by the heavy road and air traffic. The traffic has the following negative effects: noise, exhaust gases, vibrations, damage to the entire road infrastructure, etc. Furthermore, although the residents are well-aware of the risks to the environment, relatively high quantities of waste are still being dumped into the environment. The fact that some of such waste is acutely hazardous is particularly worrisome. Such reckless conduct should be strictly sanctioned. While it is true that the environmental protection is governed by state law, we believe that the sanctions should be more severe and that the competent inspection services should step up their action in this area. In this thesis, a few ideas and suggestions to improve the situation are presented. They include fitting additional waste baskets, building a new sewerage system and a new bypass road as soon as possible, and perhaps hiring a municipal environmental supervisor. In order to enhance the own-initiative conduct of the local people, more focus should be placed on presenting the effects of improper handling of the environment and drawing attention to the importance of a clean environment. As a result, residents would tend to use the alternative means of transport more, increase their waste sorting and spread the importance of a clean environment within their family and among their friends. The collected findings will be presented to a wider circle of local residents through the municipal newsletter with the aim to make yet another step forward to a better environmental awareness in Vodice.
