Abstract:V predstavljenem diplomskem delu obravnavamo učinkovito zaznavo in odpravo napak v digitalnih modelih reliefa. Digitalni model reliefa izdelamo tudi iz podatkov laserskega daljinskega zaznavanja. Kot vsaka tehnologija, tudi ta prinaša možnost napak oziroma odstopanj. Naš cilj je bil te napake zaznati, oceniti in odpraviti. Za dosego tega cilja smo našteli in ovrednotili obstoječe postopke za glajenje podatkov ter ustrezne uporabili v implementaciji lastnega postopka odprave napak, izvedljivega s pomočjo namenskega grafičnega uporabniškega vmesnika.

Title:Error identification and elimination in digital terrain model
Abstract:The aim of the presented diploma thesis was to efficiently identify and remove errors in digital terrain models, which was built from the data, acquired by the laser remote sensing technology - LiDAR. Like every other technology, errors are prone to be present. Our goal was to identify, evaluate and remove these errors. To achieve this, we enumerated and evaluated existing smoothing methods for digital terrain models. The one that best fit the criteria was used in our implementation, which was demonstrated by developed graphical user interface.
