Title:Barvanje poliamidnih hlačnih nogavic in analiza ekoloških parametrov odpadnih vod

Abstract:V diplomskem delu z naslovom Barvanje poliamidnih hlačnih nogavic in analiza ekoloških parametrov odpadnih vod sem uporabila poliamidno pletenino domačega podjetja Šivalnica Ana Marija Bastl s.p. in izbrana kisla barvila podjetja Bezema AG (uvoznik Batik d.o.o. Kranj). V prvem delu sem izvedla primerjavo barvanja po treh različnih postopkih z enako koncentracijo barvila in ugotavljala kakovost obarvanja in njihovo stopnjo nasičenja. Sledilo je določanje ekoloških parametrov KPK, TOC, BPK in količine barvila, ki ostane v kopeli po barvanju (izračunala sem SAK vrednosti). Na spektofotometru sem opravila barvnometrično vrednotenje obarvanih vzorcev, na koncu pa primerjala še njihove barvne obstojnosti. Cilj diplomskega dela je ugotoviti stopnjo nasičenja poliamidnih filamentov pri barvanju hlačnih nogavic s kislimi barvili ter ekološke parametre odpadne vode, ki naj ne presegajo dovoljenih vrednosti, ki so določne z zakonodajo.

Title:Dyeing of poliamide filaments stocking and analyses of the ecological wastewater parameters
Abstract:In a thesis called »Dyeing polyamide filament stockings and an analyse of the ecological wastewater parameters« I used polyamide knitwear from home sewing company Ana Marija Bastl s.p. and used acid dyes from a company called Bezena AG (importer Batik d.o.o. Kanj). In the first part I conducted a comparison on dyeing with three different steps with the same concentration of the dye and established the quality of dyeing and their degree of satiration. I then determined ecological parameters KPK, TOC, BPK and quantity of the dye that stayed in the tub after dyeing (I calculated SAK values). On the spectrophotometer I did a colormetric evaluation of colored samples, and in the end compared their color fastness. The objective of the thesis is to determine the degree of saturation of polyamide filament yarn for dyeing stockings with acid dyes and ecological wastewater parameters, which should not exceed permissible values that are determined with the law.
