Title:Vpliv žlebilnih parametrov na tvorbo žlebilne gube ter na pregibanje kartona GC2

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi sem raziskal vpliv ožjega žlebljenja na tvorbo žlebilne gube in pregibanje kartona GC2. Kartoni, ki so izdelani po novi tehnologiji z uporabo vzdolžnih sit, so sestavljeni iz manj slojev. Standardno žlebljenje ne da najboljših rezultatov. Imajo manj izrazit žleb, žlebilna guba pa je pogosto deformirana, zato nastopijo dimenzijski problemi pri lepljenju škatel. Probleme z žlebom in tvorjenjem žlebilne gube sem raziskal na primerih iz industrije ter na testni napravi vzorce žlebil z ožjo žlebilno konfiguracijo. Rezultati testiranja so potrdili smiselnost uporabe ožje žlebilne linije in ožje žlebilne priprave, kar bom predlagal kot nov postopek v industriji kartonske embalaže.

Title:Influence of creasing parameters on creasing bead formation and on folding of cardboard GC2
Abstract:The goal of the diploma thesis was to investigate influence of narrow creasing on creasing bead formation and folding of GC2 cardboard. Cartons, produced by new technology using longitudinal Fourdrinier wires are composed of less layers. Standard creasing procedure doesn’t produce best results. The crease in carton is weaker and the creasing bead is very often deformed. There are dimensional problems when gluing boxes. The problems of crease and creasing bead formation were investigated on several examples from the industry. I have used a testing device to test samples with a narrower creasing configuration. The results have confirmed reasonableness of the method which will be proposed to the industry as a new procedure.
