Abstract:
V svoji diplomski nalogi predstavljam prednosti preventivnega vzdrževanja v primerjavi s kurativnim na prebijalnem stroju EUROMAC MTX, ki je z razvojem novih proizvodov postal ozko grlo v proizvodnem procesu. Izdelana je FMEA analiza v kateri je ocenjena možnost pojava napake in posledice napake. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno nekaj izboljšav trenutne oblike vzdrževanja.

Maintenance of punching machine EUROMAC MTX 1500/22-2000
Abstract:
Benefits of preventive maintenance versus curative approach in case of the punching machine EUROMAC 2000. With the development of new products it has become a bottleneck in the production process. The probability of failure and the consequences are studied using FMEA analysis. Some improvements to the current forms of maintenance are suggested in the work.
