Abstract:
V času, ko je najpomembnejša konkurenčnost velikih serijskih proizvodenj, je skoraj nemogoče ostati na vrhu brez avtomatizacije. Z njo pridobimo učinkovitost, kvaliteto in produktivnost. Pri tem pa razbremenimo delavce monotonega oziroma nevarnega in težkega dela. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen razvoj in delovanje stroja za sestavo avtomobilskih vzglavnikov, ki smo ga v proizvodnji razvili za lastne potrebe. V poglavjih bom predstavil strojno opremo stroja, torej robotski manipulator, krmilni del in sistem računalniškega vida. Večji poudarek bom namenil razvoju algoritma za robotski manipulator.

Title:
A machine for assembling rods and headrest
Abstract:
Nowadays, when the competitiveness of large serial productions is of crucial importance, it is almost impossible to stay at the top without automation. With automation we are not only able to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity but we are also able to relive workers of repetitive, dangerous and heavy work. The diploma work describes the development and operation of the machine for the composition of automotive pillows, which we developed for our own needs in production. The following chapters discuss the hardware of the machine - the robotic manipulator, the control system, and the computer vision system with emphasis on the development of the algorithm for the robotic manipulator.
