Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi bomo predstavili posodobitev proizvodne linije za izdelavo tiskanih vezij. Posodobitev se nanaša na vključitev novega NC-rezkalnega stroja za izdelavo delavnih pripomočkov, ki odslej omogoča hitrejšo proizvodnjo, konkurenčnost in boljšo podporo proizvodnim procesom. Prav tako smo za potrebe proizvodnega postopka razvili poseben adapter, ki drži tiskanine. Glavna slabost dosedanjega načina dela je bila dotrajanost opreme za NC-obdelavo, nezmožnost obdelave večjih obdelovancev in s tem nekonkurenčnost.

Technological modernization of production line for manufacturing of printed circuit board
Abstract:
The contents of this work is to show modernization of production line for manufacturing of printed circuit boards. The modernization is based on including new NC-milling machine for production of working accessories. The examples designed and shown in the content of this work are used in our own manufacturing process. Main reasons for modernization are clapped-out milling machine and unable of milling larger pieces of material.
