Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava uvedbo sistema za upravljanje proizvodnje v podjetju Odeja, d. o. o. in njegove povezave z obstoječim informacijskim sistemom. Namen diplomske naloge je s pomočjo analize rezultatov, doseženih v proizvodnem procesu po uvedbi sistema, potrditi uspešnost projekta, poiskati nove možnosti za izboljšanje sistema in podati predloge za izboljšave ter s tem omogočiti še boljše delovanje proizvodnega procesa v podjetju.

IMPLEMENTING A MANUFACTURING EXECUTION SYSTEM IN ODEJA D.O.O.
Abstract:
The following thesis focuses on the introduction of a manufacturing execution system in Odeja Company, d.o.o., and its relation to the existing information system. The purpose of the thesis is to confirm the project’s success by analysing results obtained in the manufacturing process after the introduction of the new system, search for new ways to improve the system and submit proposals for its advancements. All of this should lead to an improved manufacturing operation of the company.
