Title:ZNAČILNOSTI EKOLOŠKEGA KMETIJSTVA V PODRAVSKI STATISTIČNI REGIJI

Abstract:V diplomskem delu sem obravnavala temo o značilnostih ekološkega kmetijstva v Podravski statistični regiji. Ekološko kmetijstvo predstavlja način kmetovanja, ki postaja vedno bolj aktualen, saj se ljudje vedno bolj zavedajo pomena zdrave prehrane in okolju prijaznega načina kmetovanja. Tako za Podravsko regijo kot Slovenijo je značilen trend naraščanja števila ekoloških kmetij, kar pozitivno vpliva na ohranjanje kulturne kmetijske krajine, biodiverziteto in varovanje celotnega okolja. V raziskavo sem vključila Slovenske gorice, Pohorje, Haloze in Dravinjske gorice ter Dravsko ravan. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika sem pridobila podatke, ki sem jih potrebovala za analizo o energetski intenzivnosti kmetij, ki sem jo izračunala s Slesserjevo metodo, pri kateri so vrednosti izražene z GJ/ha. Podatke sem nato primerjala z energetsko intenzivnostjo konvencionalnih kmetij v Podravski regiji.

Title:CHARACTERISTICS OF ORGANIG FARMING IN STATISTICAL REGION PODRAVJE
Abstract:In the thesis I discused characeristics of organic farming in statistical region Podravje. Organic farming is an agricultural system; its popularity is incredibly increasing. People are more aware how significant healthy food really is. Besides it is not only benefical for our health, but also for the environment. In region Podravje and in Slovenia, we have seen that number of organic farms is increasing, which has a positive impact on agricultural preservation of cultural landscapes, biodiversity and protection of the entire environment. In my thesis were included Slovenske gorice, Pohorje, Haloze, Dravinjske gorice and Dravska ravan. With surrey I gained the data I needed for the analysis of farms energy intensity. With the Slesses method, I calculated energy intensity of organic farms, values are being expresed in GJ/ha. I compared the data with energy intensity of convencional farms in region Podravje.
