Abstract:
Diplomska naloga se osredotoča na problem planiranja in organizacijo procesa varjenja ogrodij avtomobilskih sedežev. Gre za uveljavitev procesa varjenja znotraj informacijskega sistema v podjetju, ki je baza za nadzor poslovanja celotnega podjejta. V uvodu je predstavljeno obravnavano podjetje in njegova organiziranost. V teoretičnem delu so prikazane osnove planiranja in vodenja proizvodnje. Posnetek obstoječega stanja in kritična analiza, nakažeta probleme planiranja in organiziranja v procesu varjenja ogrodij na področju razpoložljivosti vhodnih komponent in interne logistike z razpoložljivostjo transportnih vozičkov. Predlog prenove nudi rešitev z uvedbo modula planiranja in vodenja proizvodnje v procesu varjenja v informacijskem sistemu MFG/PRO in izboljšanjem odpreme varjenih ogrodij v proces JIT.

Title:
Reenginering of production planning and control in automotive seat frames welding process
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the problem of planning and organization of the metal automotive seat structures welding process. This is to enforce the welding process within the company's information system, which is the base for controlling operations of the entire company. The introduction presents company and its organization. The theoretical part shows the basics of planning and production management. Monitoring of the current status and critical analysis indicates weakness inside planning and organizing welding process for the incoming components availability and internal logistics with transport units availability. Thesis gives proposals how to improve current situation by introducing a module planning inside the existing information system MFG/PRO and to internal logistic delivery flow between welding and JIT process using new transport label and scanning proces as a base for material transfer between new created logistic centers.
