Abstract:
Proizvodna podjetja se nenehno srečujejo z vprašanjem, kako ostati konkurenčen v primerjavi z drugimi podjetji in kako svoje proizvode izboljšati. Posodobitev proizvodnega procesa predstavlja naložbo, v katero se podjetje podaja z željo po rasti in razvoju podjetja. Posodobitev proizvodnega procesa temelji na opravljenih študijah in analizah strokovnih sodelavcev, ki za to porabijo veliko časa in sredstev. Odločitev je zelo pomembna in močno vpliva na obstanek podjetja na trgu. Odločitev za nakup novega CNC stroja temelji na opravljeni analizi s strani tehnološke službe podjetja Elko d.o.o. Vodstvo podjetja je zaposlenim v tehnološki službi zaupalo izvedbo projektne naloge, s pomočjo dobljenih rezultatov se je vodstvo odločilo za ugodnejšo investicijo v proizvodni proces. V proizvodnih procesih so investicije nujne za ohranjanje rasti podjetja. Analiza dejanskega stanja v proizvodnem procesu podjetja Elko d.o.o. in predstavitev prednosti in slabosti posodobitve proizvodnega procesa z nakupom CNC stroja Doosan Puma 2600 je privedla do končnih ugotovitev in argumentov, s katerimi so utemeljili naložbo.

Title:
Modernization of the production process in the company Elko d.o.o.
Abstract:
Production companies are constantly facing a question of how to remain competitive in comparison with other companies as well as how to improve their products. Modernization of the production process presents an investment that gives the company a desire to grow and develop. Modernization of the production process is based on conducted studies and analyzes of professionals who spend a lot of time and resources on them. The decision is extremely important and has a major impact on survival of the enterprise on the market. The decision for the purchase of a new CNC machine is based on analysis performed by technological service of Elko d.o.o. company. This project was entrusted to the technological department by the company management and on the basis of the obtained results they decided for more favorable investment in the production process. To maintain the company's growth it is necessary to make investments in production processes. Analysis of actual situation in production process of the Elko d.o.o. company and presenting advantages and disadvantages of the production process modernization with the purchase of CNC machine Doosan Puma 2600 led to final conclusions and arguments which justified the investment.
