Abstract:
Cilj diplomske naloge je predstaviti prenovo informacijskega sistema za razporejanje projektantov v skupini Danieli. Za podjetje je razporejanje in kontrola obremenjenosti človeških virov strateškega pomena. Obstoječi informacijski sistem le deloma zadovoljuje potrebe vodstva, saj je omejen na italijanske podružnice in omogoča pregled obremenjenosti človeških virov samo za nekatere delovne skupine načrtovalcev. Tako ne omogoča podpore hitri rasti in širitvi podjetja (v skupini Danieli se je število načrtovalcev v zadnjih treh letih podvojilo na preko tisoč), daje lokalno vizijo problema planiranja človeških virov, je osnovana na starejši platformi, ni v celoti integrirana s centralnim Poslovnim Informacijskim Sistemom (PIS). Namen diplomskega dela je oblikovati predlog nove rešitve za razporejanje obremenjenosti virov za celotno korporacijo, ki omogoča tudi napredne analize obremenjenosti in razpoložljivosti. Nova rešitev naj bi omogočila uporabnikom pregled in analizo podatkov v realnem času, imela bi višjo stopnjo varnosti do zasebnih podatkov, zlasti kar se tiče predvidevanja novih strateških naročil.

RENEWAL OF INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR RESOURCE PLANNING
Abstract:
This diploma thesis presents the re-design of the planning module of engineering resources in the Danieli Corporation. In Danieli the Capacity Resurce Planning (CRP) is a strategic business aspect. The current CRP system only partially fits the business requirements since it is limited to local subsidiaries and gives only a partial overview over a subset of Technical Offices. It is not able to improve as such since the Danieli Corporation has doubled the number of designers in the last couple of years. The CRP system gives just a local overview of the available engineering human resources and it is based on an old IT platform, which is not integrated with the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The re-design of the CRP system for the whole Danieli Corporation is focused on giving the management the opportunity of advanced analysis in real time providing security features on sensitive projects forecast data.
