Title:Ocene in stališča pravosodnih policistov Zavoda za prestajanje kazni zapora Ljubljana o vozilih za prevoz zaprtih oseb : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Varstvoslovje

Abstract:Pravosodni policisti dnevno uporabljajo vozila za prevoz zaprtih oseb. Vozila se uporabljajo v vseh vremenskih razmerah, celo leto in 24 ur na dan. Z njimi pravosodni policisti opravljajo spremstva vseh zaprtih oseb. Tudi najbolj nasilnih. Zato je pomembno, da vozila dosegajo čim višje standarde glede udobja, varnosti, uporabnosti, zmogljivosti in zanesljivosti, s čimer pripomorejo k lažjemu delu pravosodnih policistov. Za ugotovitev, kako ocenjujejo vozila za prevoz zaprtih oseb pravosodni policisti, ki jih dnevno uporabljajo, smo v diplomski nalogi izvedli raziskavo z anketnim vprašalnikom na vzorcu 73 pravosodnih policistov. Postavili smo pet hipotez, jih analitično preučili in primerjali rezultate ter njihovo povezanost. S pridobljenimi rezultati smo imeli namen spoznati ocene in stališča pravosodnih policistov glede vozil za prevoz zaprtih oseb, kje je največ pripomb, in kako bi v prihodnje optimizirali nabavo in opremljanje teh vozil. Pravosodni policisti niso najbolje ocenili vozil za prevoz zaprtih oseb. Najvišje so ocenili vzdrževanje in stroške vozil, najnižje pa namensko uporabnost vozil, sicer najpomembnejši dejavnik. Največji problem je namestitev zaprtih oseb, v povezavi z udobjem in varnostjo. Napake bi se dalo odpraviti z večjim sodelovanjem med uporabniki in odgovornimi za nakup ter opremljanje vozil za prevoz zaprtih oseb. Vozila za prevoz zaprtih oseb bodo še dolgo nenadomestljiv del opreme pravosodnih policistov. Zato je treba narediti vse, da bi jim čim bolje služila in olajševala zahtevno delo.

Title:EVALUATIONS AND POSITIONS OF THE LJUBLJANA PRISON OFFICERS ON PRISONER CONVEYANCE VEHICLES
Abstract:Prison officers are using prisoner conveyance vehicles on a daily basis. These vehicles are in use in all weather conditions, throughout the year, and 24 hours in a day. In them, prison officers are conveying all imprisoned persons. Even the most violent ones. It is thus imperative that such vehicles comply with the highest standards of comfort, safety, usability, capability and dependability and, thereby, facilitate the tasks and duties of prison officers. In order to find out, how prison officers evaluate the vehicles intended for the conveyance of imprisoned persons and used on a daily basis, this Graduation Thesis has been undertaken, conducting a research study based on a survey questionnaire, on a sample of 73 prison officers. Five hypotheses were posed and analytically examined. The results obtained for all the hypotheses were compared and interrelations between the hypotheses were examined. The ultimate results obtained should illustrate the evaluations and positions of prison officers concerning the prisoner conveyance vehicles, show issues with most complaints, and facilitate the future optimised purchasing and fitting-out of such vehicles. Prison officers rated the prisoner conveyance vehicles rather unfavourably. Highest ratings were given to the maintenance and cost of vehicles, and the lowest ratings were given to the targeted usability of vehicles, which happens to be the most important factor in this regard. The greatest problem is in the accommodation of imprisoned persons, seen as interrelated to comfort and safety. Deficiencies could be abolished through better cooperation of the users (prison officers) and persons responsible for purchasing and fitting-out of the prisoner conveyance vehicles. Prisoner conveyance vehicles are to remain an irreplaceable part of prisoner officers' equipment for a long time to come. For this reason, all should be done to improve their serviceability and to facilitate the most exacting tasks and duties of prison officers.
