Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je opisan postopek razvoja stroja za menjavo koles na rudniškem kamionu. V delu so predstavljene zahteve, ki jih je določil naročnik stroja in postopki, kako smo se lotili snovanja in koncipiranja stroja s pomočjo analize že obstoječih naprav na trgu. Pridobljene podatke smo nato z različnimi metodami analizirali in jih uporabili pri pripravi konceptnih rešitev v odvisnosti od zahtev naročnika. Dalje je opisan postopek konstruiranja komponent in priprava 3D računalniškega modela stroja. Ob upoštevanju tehničnega in funkcijskega vidika obravnavanega problema, je končni rezultat delujoči stroj, v skladu z vsemi zahtevami, ki so potrebne za zanesljivo in varno delovanje stroja za menjavo koles na rudniškem kamionu.

Title:
Development of the machine for changing wheels on the mining truck
Abstract:
The thesis describes the development of the process of the machine for changing wheels on the mining truck. In the thesis are presented requirements, which were specified by the client, and procedures, how the machine was designed and concepted through analysis of existing devices on the market. The data obtained were analyzed by various methods, and used in the preparation of the solution concept, depending on the requirements of the client. Further, described is procedure of constructing the components, and the preparation of a 3D computer model of the machine. Considering the technical and functional point of view of the problem, the final result is working machine, which is in accordance with all the requirements that are needed for reliable and safe operation of the machine for changing wheels on the mining truck.
