Abstract:Diplomski projekt z naslovom Učinkovitost izrabe časa za sestavljanje temeljnih računovodskih izkazov na primeru računovodskega servisa Simfin, d. o. o., je sestavljen iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. Teoretični del diplome zajema opredelitev ključnih pojmov, kot so: izraba časa, učinkovitost in temeljni računovodski izkazi. Podrobneje predstavljamo tudi ključne dejavnike za boljšo izrabo časa. V praktičnem delu je predstavljena družba računovodski servis Simfin, d. o. o. Sledi raziskovanje o učinkovitosti izrabe časa za pripravo temeljnih računovodskih izkazov na primeru bilance stanja in izkaza poslovnega izida (za veliko, srednjo, malo in mikro družbo). Glavna ugotovitev je, da za pripravo obeh izkazov računovodje povprečno porabijo več časa pri večjih družbah kot pri manjših.

Title:Time Efficiency for Drawing Up the Basic Financial Statements Using the Simfin, d. o. o., Accounting Service as an Example
Abstract:The thesis with the title Time efficiency for drawing up the basic financial statements using the Simfin, d. o. o. accounting service as an example consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part comprises definitions of key terms such as time efficiency, effectiveness and basic financial statements. Moreover, there is a presentation of key factors for better time efficiency. The practical part is aimed at presenting the Simfin, d. o. o. accounting service. Furthermore, there is a research about the time efficiency for the preparation of basic financial statements using the balance sheet and the income statement (for a large, a medium-sized and a small company) as an example. In conclusion, the main finding is that on average accountants need more time for the preparation of both statements for large companies that for small companies.
