Title:UPORABA SIMULATORJA SKL2 ZA KALIBRACIJO MERILNIKOV pH, PREVODNOSTI IN KONCENTRACIJE KISIKA

Abstract:V diplomskem delu sem ugotavljala primernost simulatorja SKL2, proizvajalca WTW, kot etalona z zagotovljeno sledljivostjo za umerjanje (kalibracijo) merilnikov pH , prevodnosti in koncentracije kisika ter razvila in uvedla umeritvene (kalibracijske) postopke za umerjanje merilcev pH, prevodnosti in koncentracije kisika, proizvajalca WTW. Najprej sem določila vire merilne negotovosti simulatorja SKL2, ki pomembno vplivajo na točnost meritev dobljenih z njim in raziskala vplive posameznih virov za vsako od preučevanih fizikalno kemijskih veličin : pH, prevodnost, koncentracija kisika. Nato sem naredila izračun kombinirane merilne negotovosti simulatorja SKL2 za vsako fizikalno kemijsko veličino posebej. Na osnovi izračunanih merilnih negotovosti sem nato določila kalibracijske in merilne zmogljivosti simulatorja SKL2 za merjenje pH, prevodnosti in koncentracije raztopljenega kisika. V nadaljevanju sem opredelila kalibracijske postopke za kalibracijo merilcev pH, prevodnosti in koncentracije kisika s simulatorjem SKL2, WTW po primerjalni metodi, brez uporabe sonde. Na koncu sem osnovala kalibracijska poročila (certifikate) za podajanje rezultatov umerjanj (kalibracij) za merilce posameznih fizikalno kemijskih veličin pH, prevodnosti in koncentracije kisika s simulatorjem SKL2, WTW. Rezultati diplomske naloge so pokazali, da se simulator SKL2, proizvajalca WTW z zagotovljeno sledljivostjo preko nacionalnega akreditacijskega laboratrija lahko uporablja kot etalon za umerjanje merilcev pH prevodnosti ter koncentracije kisika, WTW v laboratoriju akreditiranem za kalibracijo teh merilcev.

Title:USE OF SIMULATOR SKL2 FOR CALIBRATION OF pH, CONDUCTIVITY AND OXYGEN METERS
Abstract:In this thesis, I determined the suitability of simulator SKL2, manufacturer WTW as standard with guaranteed traceability for calibration of pH, conductivity and oxygen concentration meters as well as developed and implemented calibration procedures for the calibration of pH, conductivity and oxygen concentration meters, manufacturer WTW . First, I determined the sources of uncertainty of SKL2 simulator, which significantly affect the accuracy of the measurements obtained with and investigated the impact of the sources for each of the studied physico-chemical variables: pH, conductivity, oxygen concentration. Then I made a calculation of the combined measurement uncertainty of simulator SKL2 for each physico-chemical variable separately. Based on the calculated measurement uncertainty, I then set the calibration and measurement capabilities of the simulator SKL2 for measuring pH, conductivity and dissolved oxygen concentration. After I have identified calibration procedures for the calibration of pH, conductivity and oxygen concentration meters with simulator SKL2, WTW according to the comparative method, without the use of probe. In the end, I established a calibration report (certificate) for reporting the results of calibrations for individual measuring instrument of the following physico-chemical variables: pH, conductivity and oxygen concentration with simulator SKL2, WTW. The results of the thesis shown that the simulator SKL2, manufacturer WTW with guaranteed traceability through a national accreditation laboratory can be used as a standard for calibrating pH, conductivity and oxygen concentration meters, WTW in laboratory accredited for the calibration of this measuring instruments
