Title:Optimizacija kapacitet za proizvodnjo industrijskih nožev s simulacijsko analizo

Abstract:V magistrski nalogi so obravnavane kapacitete v obratu proizvodnje industrijskih nožev. V nalogi je predstavljen simulacijski program SIMUL8, s katerim smo simulirali pretok izdelkov skozi proizvodni proces. Za izdelovalne čase posameznega procesa so uporabljeni tehnološki normativi, ki so bili v letu 2015 / 2016 ažurirani ter ponovno preverjeni. Normativi so potrjeni z večkratnimi merjenji delavcev na delovnih centrih. Za pomoč pri normiranju uporabljamo program DRIGUS. Pred leti so bili noži za reciklažo plastike vedno izdelani z zamudo. Kljub temu, da so bile preračunane zasedenosti kapacitet posameznih operacij, preverjeni normativi, testirana rezkalna orodja in procesi obdelav. Omenjena situacija je bila pobuda za začetek uporabe simulacijskega programa SIMUL8. V magistrski nalogi je narejena simulacija izdelave med začetnim stanjem z eno vakuumsko pečjo, ter končnim stanjem z dvema vakuumskima pečema. Ne samo, da se podvoji proizvodnja izdelave teh nožev, ugotovljena so bila vsa kritična mesta, kjer smo mislili, da imamo izdelavo nožev pod nadzorom.

Title:Capacity optimization for the production of the industrial knives with simulation
Abstract:This dissertation deals with the capacity of the plant production of industrial knives and presents SIMUL8 simulation program which was used to simulate movements of products throughout the manufacturing process. For the produced times of each process are used technological standards that were updated and re–checked in the 2015/2016 year. Standards are confirmed by repeated measurements of workers at work centers. The DRIGUS program is used to assist in scaling. A few years ago knives for recycling of plastics were made with delay despite the facts that occupancy of individual operations have been calculated, standards have been verified, milling tools and machining process have been tested. This situation was the initiative for the entry into service of SIMUL8 simulation program. In this master thesis simulation of manufacturing during the initial state of a vacuum furnace and the final state with two vacuum furnaces has been made. Not only that production manufacturing of these knives doubles, all the critical points where we thought manufacturing of knives is under control were identified.
