Abstract:
V preteklosti se je za prikaz spremenljivk kliničnih monitorjev uporabljalo informacijsko tehnologijo golega prikazovanja posameznih spremenljivk brez kakršnekoli povezave med njimi. Takšen prikaz pa je od zdravstvenega delavca v enotah intenzivnega zdravljenja še dodatno predstavljalo oviro po pravilnem vrednotenju in oceni zdravstvenega staja bolnika. Z monitoringom hemodinamike v enotah intenzivnega zdravljenja, ki prikazuje podatke na multidimenzionalni način se lahko izboljša premagovanje ovir po pravilnem vrednotenju in oceni zdravstvenega staja bolnika. V specialistični nalogi se razišče trg kliničnih monitorjev in predstavi klinično platformo EV1000. Raziskana klinična platforma že na prvi pogled daje jasne in preprosto berljive spremenljivke hemodinamike bolnika, kar pa privede do boljšega odločanja v kritičnih situacijah. Na realni medicinski opremi Medicinske fakultete v Mariboru pa se razišče možnosti integriranih prikazov podatkov na hemodinamskih monitorjih, ter možnosti izvoza odčitanih podatkov.

INTEGRATED CLINICAL HEMODYNAMIC MONITORING IN INTENSIVE CARE UNITS
Abstract:
The display of variables for clinic monitors was often used in the past with information technology, that consisted of showing raw individual variables without any connection between them. This kind of showing represented an additional obstacle for the medical worker in the correct evaluation and score of the patients health. With monitoring the hemodynamic in units of intensive treatment, that shows data on a multidimensional level, we can improve overcoming the obstacles with correct evaluation and score of the patients health. In this thesis we will explore the market of clinic monitors and present the clinic platform EV1000. The researched clinic platform gives clear and easy-read variables of patients hemodynamic, which leads to better decision making in critical situations. We will explore the options of intergrated displays of data on hemodynamic monitors and options of exporting the data on the medical monitors of Medical faculty of Maribor.
