Title:OPTIMIZACIJA DELA NA DELOVNEM MESTU LANSERJA V PODJETJU ODELO PREBOLD

Abstract:POVZETEK Podjetja morajo stalno izboljševati svoje procese, če želijo ostati konkurenčna na globalnem trgu. To je proces, ki se nikoli ne konča. V nalogi smo se lotili izboljševanja na konkretnem primeru, in sicer smo raziskali možnosti za optimizacijo dela lanserjev v podjetju Odelo Slovenija. Predstavili smo okolje, v katerem lanser deluje, in naloge, ki jih izvaja. Razvili smo metodo, ki lanserje ovrednoti, in tako določili obremenjenost posameznega lanserja. Na podlagi teh rezultatov smo ugotovili, kateri lanserji so preveč in kateri premalo obremenjeni. Predlagali smo drugačno razporeditev lanserjev, ki bi delo med lanserje razporedila glede na njihovo obremenjenost in ne glede na to, kateremu timu pripadajo. S tem bi bilo delo optimalneje razporejeno in tako ne bi bili eni lanserji preveč in drugi premalo obremenjeni.

Title:WORK OPTIMISATION OF WATERSPIDER WORKING PLACE IN COMPANY ODELO PREBOLD
Abstract:Companies need to continuosly improve their processes to remain competitive in the global market. This is a process that never end. In this work we have undertaken improvements in the present case, we explored the possibilities for optimizing the work of waterspiders in company Odelo Slovenia. We presented the environment in which waterspider operates and tasks being undertaken. We have developed a method to evaluate the launcher to determine the workload of each waterspider. Based on these results, we found some waterspider are over and some are underutilized. We have proposed a different organization of waterspiders work that would base on their workload and not according to which team they belong. This could be more optimized division of waterspiders, and so would not have been one over and other underutilized. Following the introduction of the proposed improvements, the company should once again perform measurement of waterspiders to confirm the proposals.
