Abstract:POVZETEK V diplomskem delu z naslovom 30 let Slovenskih glasbenih dni je podrobneje predstavljena istoimenska prireditev. Slovenski glasbeni dnevi so ogromno prispevali k prepoznavnosti slovenske glasbe preteklosti in sedanjosti.

Title:30 YEARS OF SLOVENIAN MUSIC DAYS
Abstract:ABSTRACT In the diploma thesis entitled 30 years of Slovenian Music Days the event of the same name is presented in detail. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first describes the occurrence of this event which has already strongly anchored in the last thirty years and became traditional, and the reasons for its emergence. The second part presents its detailed structure which is based on two primary or main parts, namely an International musicology symposium, the theme of which largely dictated the fundamentals of the programme of the concert, which is the second main part of the Slovenian Music Days and the accompanying programme. A part of this programme were various events (round tables, diverse presentations, workshops for children, a student musicological symposium, discussions with composers, etc.). Slovenian Music Days were a huge contribution to the recognition of Slovenian music of the past and the present. A part of this event were also many premieres of somewhat forgotten works. It is important that also young Slovenian composers got an opportunity to establish themselves in these events. Both Slovenian and foreign symposists participated at the International Symposium of Musicology and have taken the visibility, and thereby also our music outside our borders. In this diploma thesis a descriptive, comparative, historical method, the classification method and the method of analysis and synthesis are used.
