Abstract:
V magistrskem delu smo se osredotočili na nov (nadgrajen) pristop k načrtovanju in izvedbi distribucijskega RTP, saj je osnovni problem, ki se pojavlja pri razreševanju omenjenih nalog, v pomanjkanju informacij iz prakse. V ta namen smo skozi poglavja razvoj distribucijskega omrežja in RTP, vodenje investicij, umestitev RTP v prostor, izvedbo naročil, razvoj in načrtovanje tehnološke opreme, stroške investicij za RTP, izračune kratkostičnih razmer in dimenzioniranje opreme predstavili ključne dejavnike ter njihove izboljšave, s katerimi bo olajšan prihodnji razvoj RTP. Za pomoč pri analizi stanj obravnavanega srednjenapetostnega sistema, kakor tudi izračunih kratkih stikov za dimenzioniranje potrebne opreme RTP, smo uporabili sodobni programski orodji DMS in Gredos. Vendar je bil poudarek na DMS, saj uporablja algoritme razvite specifično za radialno distribucijsko omrežje, od katerih je bil konkretno predstavljen tudi eden izmed njih.

Title:
A new approach to the planning and implementation of a distribution transformer substation
Abstract:
In this Master’s thesis, we focused on a new (upgraded) approach to the planning and implementation of a distributional substation, because the basic problem is in the absence of information from the practice. For this purpose, we have through chapters ‘’development of the distribution networks and substation, investment management, placement substation in space, performance of contracts, development and planning of technological equipment, the cost of investment for substation, calculations of short-circuit conditions and dimensioning of equipment’’, presented key factors and their improvements, which will facilitate the future development of the substation. To assist in analyzing the state of the medium voltage system, as well as short-circuit calculations for dimensioning of the necessary equipment, we used modern software tools DMS and Gredos. However, the emphasis is on the DMS, because it uses algorithms developed specifically for the radial distribution network, of which one was also specifically presented.
