Abstract:
Orodjarne želimo priti do tega cilja s čim manjšimi stroški in v čim krajšem času.

Title:
Springback compensation in forming process for high strength steels
Abstract:
Measurement adequacy of the products from high-strength steels is one of the important criteria for customers´ acceptance of the products. Tool workshops want to achieve this objective with minimal costs in the shortest possible time. The thesis presents a process, in which with the help of simulations and methods for modelling new compensated surfaces, we carry out this prior the first tool test. In addition to two indirect methods of the correction of tool´s surfaces, also a direct method is presented, where the simulation results are directly used for production of compensated surfaces of the design tools. A practical example presents a systematic approach for implementation of modification simulations, which were a necessary condition for good simulations of springbacks and consequently modelling new tool surfaces. By modelling good compensated surfaces for the first test, the tool repair workshops therefore avoid high costs, which can arise in later corrections of the tool after the testing. The presented complex product has been manufactured in several stages, which required implementation of the springback simulations after each operation, as well as a systematic approach for implementation of the surfaces´ compensation in all designing operations of the tool.
