Title:ODNOS STARŠEV DO VEGETARIJANSKE PREHRANE OTROK

Abstract:Teoretična izhodišča: Vegetarijanstvo je način prehranjevanja, kjer ni dovoljeno uživati mesa oziroma v nekaterih oblikah tudi ostalih izdelkov živalskega izvora. Kljub veliko literature in nasvetov strokovnjakov se danes še vedno pojavljajo dvomi, ali je vegetarijanska prehrana primerna prehrana, sploh kadar govorimo o otrocih in odraščajočih. Namen tega diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, kakšno je mnenje staršev o vegetarijanski prehrani otrok Metode: Metoda, ki smo jo uporabljali skozi pisanje diplomskega dela, je deskriptivna. Pri empiričnem delu diplomskega dela smo se poslužili metode anketiranja. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 39 vprašanih, ki so starši otrok Waldorfskega vrtca v Mariboru. Rezultati: Rezultati so pokazali, da se starši zavedajo, kaj pomeni vegetarijanska prehrana, kakšni so pozitivni in kakšni negativni vplivi le-te. Rezultati so pokazali, da je večina vprašanih samih vegetarijancev in tudi njihovi otroci ne jedo mesa oziroma sestavin živalskega izvora. Vprašani so povedali, da se zavedajo, tveganja, ki bi nastalo, ob napačni izbiri prehrane in so prepričani, da v kolikor njihovi otroci, jedo pestro in raznoliko hrano, izbirajo najbolj optimalno prehrano za normalen razvoj njihovega otroka. Sklep: Vprašani so mnenja, da je pestra, raznolika, zdrava in pravilno izbrana vegetarijanska prehrana pozitivna za razvoj njihovih otrok. Za vegetarijanski način prehrane so se odločili iz moralno-etičnih razlogov. Večina otrok je vegetarijancev, in jih nima želje po mesni prehrani. Title:PARENTS' ATTITUDE TOWARDS THEIR CHILDREN'S VEGETARIAN DIET
Abstract:Theoretical background: Vegetarianism is a way of eating, which is not allowed to consume meat or in some forms of the other products of animal origin. Despite a lot of literature and expert advice are today still raising doubts whether a vegetarian diet adequate nutrition, especially when it comes to children and adolescents. The purpose of this study is to determine what is the opinion of parents of vegetarian diets of children Methods: The method that was used throughout the writing of the thesis is descriptive. In the empirical part of the thesis, we resorted to methods of interviewing. The study involved 39 respondents who are parents of children Waldorf kindergarten in Maribor. Results: The results showed that parents are aware of what constitutes a vegetarian diet, what are the positive and any negative effects thereof. The results showed that most respondents themselves vegetarians and their children do not eat meat or animal constituents. Respondents said to be aware of the risks that would arise, the wrong food choices and are confident that if their children are eating a varied and diverse food, to choose the most optimal diet for the normal development of their child. Conclusion: The respondents are of the opinion that it is rich, varied, healthy and properly selected vegetarian diet is positive for the development of their children. For the vegetarian diet they chose from a moral and ethical reasons. Most children are vegetarians, and no desire for meat diet. Parents receive information from browsing the literature
