Abstract:
V diplomskem delu raziskujemo zdravstveno nego in oskrbo pacienta po bronhoskopiji. Ugotavljamo vlogo medicinske sestre in kako to vlogo opravlja. Ugotavljamo, da sta bistvenega pomena zdravstveno vzgojno delo in komunikacija s pacientom. Z anketno raziskavo pa ugotavljamo, da so medicinske sestre uspešne pri informiranju pacientov o bronhoskopiji in anesteziji, manj pa pri pripravi na doživljanja ob posegu, vzpostavljanju odnosa in posledično pomirjanju in dobrem psihičnem počutju pacientov.

Nursing activities after bronhoscopy under anesthesia
Abstract:
In the text we explore nursing and patient care at bronhoscopy in a selected health institution. In a survey among the patients we observe, what the nurse in the examination is and how well it is performed. Based on theory, we find that educational work and communication with the patient are essential and of great importance. However, in the survey we find that nurses are particulary successful in informing patients about bronhoscopy and anesthesia, and less successful in preparing them for the expirience of having the examination, in establishing a good relationship and consequently in calming of patients and carrying for their good mental state.
