Abstract:
Diplomsko delo zajema osnove iztiskovanja aluminijevih zlitin, predstavitev postopkov iztiskovanja ter opis strojev in orodij, ki se za to uporabljajo. Diplomsko delo sem opravljal s pomočjo podjetja Impol, d. o. o., iz Slovenske Bistrice, ki se ukvarja na splošno z aluminijem in z izdelavo raznih izdelkov, kot so valjani traki, cevi, palice, profili, odkovki. Podjetje Impol PCP – Profili za izdelavo iztisnjenih izdelkov uporablja postopek vročega istosmernega iztiskovanja. S tem postopkom bo iztisnjen nov profil za praktični del naloge, ki zajema opis in potek izdelave novega aluminijevega profila. Postopek se bo izvajal na stroju stiskalnica 28 MN, ki se nahaja v tem proizvodnem procesu.

Oneway pressing of aluminium alloy profiles
Abstract:
The diploma works presents the basics of aluminum alloy extrusion, extrusion procedures and description of machine and tools that are used for this manner. The diploma work was performed in company Impol d.o.o. in Slov. Bistrica, which production in general is based on aluminum and various aluminum products, such as rolled strips, tubes, rods, profiles and forged parts. For manufacturing extruded products company Impol PCP – Profiles uses direct hot extrusion procedure. This procedure was also used for extrusion of a new aluminum profile, which is described in practical part of the diploma work. The extrusion will be implemented on a 28 MN press, which is located in the production line of the company.
