Abstract:
Magistrska naloga obravnava dejavnike, ki vplivajo na kakovost vzgojno-izobraževalnega procesa in je sestavljena iz dveh delov. V prvem, teoretičnem delu magistrska naloga prikazujemo različne opredelitve kakovosti ter lastnosti kakovostne šole, nato pa tudi lastnosti kakovostnega učitelja. V nadaljevanju smo prikazali izhodišča ter pomen ugotavljanja in zagotavljanja kakovosti za šolske institucije. V zadnjem delu teoretičnega dela pa smo se osredotočili na prikazovanje dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na kakovost vzgojno-izobraževalnega procesa. Strokovna literatura opredeljuje dejavnike kakovosti vzgojno-izobraževalnega procesa predvsem s terminom kazalniki kakovosti, zato smo tudi v magistrski nalogi uporabili termin kazalniki in ne dejavniki, kot je zapisano v naslovu naloge. Drug del magistrske naloge je empirični del, v katerem prikazujemo rezultate raziskave, ki smo jo opravili na Dvojezični Osnovni Šoli 1 Lendava (v nadaljevanju DOŠ1 Lendava). Rezultati opravljene raziskave predstavljajo kazalnike kakovostne šole po mnenju učencev DOŠ1 Lendava in njihovih staršev, zadovoljstvo učencev in staršev s kakovostjo šole, ki jo obiskujejo učenci ter mnenja anketirancev za izboljšanje kakovosti obstoječega vzgojno-izobraževalnega procesa. Ob koncu magistrske naloge pa predstavljamo še sklepne ugotovitve.

The factors that influence the quality of primary school education
Abstract:
This thesis discusses the factors which affect the quality of the educational process. It consists of two parts – theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part various definitions of quality and the characteristics of a quality school and a quality teacher are presented. In addition, the basis and the significance of determining and ensuring the quality of educational institutions are discussed. In the last part of the theoretical part the focus is laid on the factors which affect the quality of the educational process. The academic literature refers to the quality factors of the educational process with the term quality indicators. Therefore, this term is used in the thesis despite the title. In the empirical part the results of the survey that was conducted at the bilingual primary school Dvojezična osnova šola I Lendava (hereinafter DOŠ I Lendava) are presented. These results show the indicators of a quality school according to the opinions of the pupils and their parents, the contentment of the pupils and their parents with the school quality and the opinions of the respondents on the quality improvement of the existing educational process.
