Abstract:
V podjetjih prihaja vse bolj do izraza, da vzdrževalna funkcija v podjetju ne predstavlja samo popravljanje delovnih sredstev in njihovo vzdrževanje, ampak se vse skupaj usmerja v koncept organiziranosti vzdrževanja, katerega največji pomen ima informacijski sistem vzdrževanja, ki vpliva na učinkovitost in stroške vzdrževanja. Diplomsko delo zajema problematiko z naročanjem rezervnih delov, ki pa zelo vplivajo na učinkovitost in stroške vzdrževanja. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene funkcije vzdrževanja, načini vzdrževanja, stroški, povezani z vzdrževanjem, ter preskrba z rezervnimi deli. Na podlagi teoretičnih osnov je bila izdelana analiza obstoječega stanja, ki je osnova za izdelavo prenove sistema. V analizi smo se usmerili v stroške, ki nastanejo ob nenačrtovanih zaustavitvah strojev ter predstavili dejanske stroške, ki so povezani z zalogami rezervnih delov. Na podlagi izračuna stroškov so se izdelale usmeritve v učinkovitejše in stroškovno ugodnejše rešitve, ki pa so opisane v prenovi sistema naročanja rezervnih delov.

SYSTEMATIZATION OF SPATE PARTS ORDERING IN THE MAINTENANCE PROCESSES
Abstract:
Nowadays, it is becoming more and more evident in the companies that the maintenance function represents not only the repairing of working assets and the maintenance thereof, but that the entire process is directed towards the concept of maintenance organization whose most important part is the maintenance information system that affects both the efficiency and the costs of maintenance. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of ordering spare parts that have a considerable impact on the efficiency and the costs of maintenance. Theoretical part deals with functions of maintenance, methods of maintenance, costs related to maintenance and the supply of spare parts. Theoretical aspects served as the basis for the analysis of the existing state which forms the basis for elaborating the renovation of the system. The analysis focuses on costs incurred as the result of unforeseen shutdowns and represents actual costs related to the stock of spare parts. The calculation of costs served as the basis for the guidelines for more effective and cost efficient solutions that are described in the renovation of the spare parts ordering system.
