Abstract:
Predstavljeni so rezultati elektromagnetne analize, analize strukturnega odziva motorja z vpenjalom in brez vpenjala ter rezultati akustične analize v različnih točkah obratovanja motorja. Opisani so tudi izvedba in rezultati analize demagnetizacije magnetov motorja za določitev mej optimalnega delovanja. Simulacije so bile izvedene s programskim orodjem Ansys. V zadnjem delu so navedene možnosti za nadaljnji razvoj simulacij, rešitve in problemi s katerimi smo se srečevali ob modeliranju motorja.

Title:
VIBRATIONS AND NOISE SIMULATION OF SYNCHRONOUS THREE PHASE MOTOR WITH FINITE ELEMENT METHOD
Abstract:
Master thesis represents vibrations and noise simulation of synchronous AC motor described by finite element method. In the early chapters, the basic concepts, history of acoustics and sound, the process of generating noise and vibrations in electric motors and types of noise sources are listed. Working principle of synchronous motors and design techniques to reduce torque fluctations, which are also used in simulations, are described in general. Simulations analysis are carried out on vibro-acoustic coupled model. The results of electromagnetic analysis, structural analysis with and without the fixture and the results of the acoustics analysis in the various operating points of motor are shown. Also, the demagnetization procedure for perament magnets is described to determine the limits of motor's optimal performance. The simulations were preformed with Ansys software tool. In the last section, further possibilities, solutions and problems which we encountered during modeling electric motor are listed.
