Abstract:
Skupaj z rastjo poslovnih sistemov raste tudi potreba po ustreznih informacijah o stanju znotraj sistema. V te namene so bili razviti sistemi poslovne inteligence. Ta širok pojem omogoča podjetjem ali organizacijam vpogled v delovanje njihovih kritičnih funkcij skozi orodja za poročila, analizo in vizualizacije. Na podlagi privzetega modela uvajanja informacijskih rešitev smo zapisali usklajene prilagoditve in jih preverili na primeru implementacije rešitve v koncernu Kolektor. S tem specialističnem delom smo skozi implementacijo rešitve raziskali in analizirali prilagojeno metodologijo uvajanja rešitev poslovne inteligence in ključnih faktorjev uspeha na konkretnem primeru. Naloga predstavlja model uvajanja in ključne dejavnike uspešnosti. Skozi nalogo smo pridobili odgovor na vprašanje, ali lahko to zapišemo kot novi prilagojeni model uvajanja z določenimi lastnostmi in določimo dejavnike uspešnosti, ki pomenijo dodano vrednost za podjetje, v katerem se taka ali podobna rešitev poslovne inteligence uvaja.

Title:
Business intelligence system implementation in a corporate group
Abstract:
Along with the growth of business systems grows the need for adequate information about the state of the business system. Systems for business intelligence were developed for such purposes. This broad concept allows companies or organizations insight into the current state of their critical functions through the tools for reports, analysis and visualization. We wrote coordinated adjustments on the basis of the default model for the deployment of IT solutions. Through the implementation of the particular solution we studied and analyzed the scope of our modified methodology of introducing business intelligence solutions and key success factors. The project represents a deployment model and key success factors. With it we answered the question whether this can be written as a new deployment model adapted to the particular characteristics and performance factors that would add value to the company in which such or similar business intelligence solutions are being introduced.
