Abstract:
Nogometni huliganizem je od nekdaj slovel kot »Angleška bolezen«. Govorimo o več kot stoletju starem fenomenu, katerega začetki segajo v konec 19. stoletja, čeprav je v tem obdobju do nasilja na nogometnih tekmah prihajalo spontano. Z ustanavljanjem nogometnih klubov se konec 60. let najprej oblikujejo uradne navijaške skupine posameznih nogometnih klubov katerim nato sledijo še tako imenovane huliganske tolpe, ki jih tvorijo »ekstremni navijači«. V tem obdobju se je začel beležiti porast organiziranega in vnaprej načrtovanega nasilja, kar je pritegnilo številne sociologe in ostale znanstvenike, da so ta pojav podrobneje raziskali. V nalogi so bile predstavljene faze razvoja nogometnega huliganizma v Angliji vključno z dejavniki, ki so vplivali na njegov nastanek, kakor tudi teorijske misli o obnašanju nogometnih navijačev in njihovih skupinah ter verbalno nasilje z elementi sovražnega govora, ki se ga huligani poslužujejo na tribunah nogometnih stadionov.

FOOTBALL HOOLIGANISM AND ITS LINGUISTIC CHATACTERISTICS IN ENGLAND
Abstract:
Football hooliganism has always been known as the "English disease". We are talking about more than a century old phenomenon, whose origins date back to the late 19th century, even in this period violence at football matches occurred spontaneously. By establishing football clubs were at the end of the 60s first founded official fan groups of individual football clubs, which were then followed by the so-called hooligan gangs, formed by the "extreme fans." During this period was recorded the rise of organized and pre-planned violence, which has attracted many sociologists and other scientists to further explore this phenomenon. The diploma thesis presents phases of development of football hooliganism in England, including the factors that have influenced its formation, as well as theoretical thoughts about the behavior of football fans and their groups. Moreover, the thesis also describes verbal violence with elements of hate speech that hooligans use on the grandstands of football stadiums.
