Title:UPORABA PROGRAMA VICO OFFICE ZA 4D IN 5D INFORMACIJSKO MODELIRANJE PRI IZVEDBI ZUNANJIH ZIDOV VEČSTANOVANJSKEGA OBJEKTA V LJUTOMERU

Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava 4D in 5D informacijsko modeliranje v programu Vico Office R5.2 (Trimble, 2012) pri izvedbi zunanjih zidov večstanovanjskega objekta v Ljutomeru. Končni rezultat naloge je stroškovna in časovna primerjava izvedbe različnih variant nosilnih zidov ter primerjava različnih sestav zunanjih zidov v programu Vico Office R5.2 ter energetski izračun izvedbe upoštevanih sestav zunanjih zidov v programu PHPP (Passive House Institute, 1998-2012), glede na tri različne faktorje »U«, U1=0,11 W/m2K, U2=0,21 W/m2K in U3=0,28 W/m2K. Na koncu smo na podlagi dobljenih rezultatov podali odločitev, katero varianto nosilnih zidov in sestavo zunanjih zidov izbrati, da bo ta najbolj primerna glede na stroške, čas in porabo energije v stavbi. V prvih petih poglavjih magistrske naloge smo podali teoretične osnove stroškovnega in časovnega analiziranja gradbenih projektov, predstavili večstanovanjski objekt v Ljutomeru (Stanovanjski blok v Ljutomeru F-B), ki smo ga obravnavali pri izračunih, ter predstavili izbrane sestave zunanjih zidov glede na tri različne faktorje »U« ter opisali tehnologije izvedbe le-teh. V šestem poglavju smo na konkretnem primeru izdelali analizo cen za gradnjo zunanjih zidov večstanovanjskega objekta v Ljutomeru (Stanovanjski blok v Ljutomeru F-B) ter na podlagi analiz s programom Vico Office R5.2 izdelali stroškovno (5D) in časovno (4D) informacijsko modeliranje objektov. Rezultati in primerjave so strnjeni v sedmem poglavju, zaključke in sklepne ugotovitve pa smo podali v zadnjem poglavju magistrske naloge.

Title:USE OF THE VICO OFFICE SOFTWARE FOR THE 4D AND 5D INFORMATION MODELING FOR BUILDING EXTERNAL WALLS OF THE RESIDENTAL OBJECT IN LJUTOMER
Abstract:This master’s thesis addresses 4D and 5D information modeling in the Vico Office R5.2 software (Trimble, 2012) for building external walls of the residential object in Ljutomer (residential block in Ljutomer F-B). The final result of the thesis is cost and time comparison of building different kinds of bearing walls and comparison of different compositions of external walls in the Vico Office R5.2 software, as well as the energetic calculation of building of relevant compositions of external walls in PHPP software (Passive House Institute, 1998-2012), while taking into account three different factors »U«, U1=0,11 W/m2K, U2=0,21 W/m2K in U3=0,28 W/m2K. In the end, based on the obtained results, we offered the decision which kind of bearing walls and the composition of external walls to choose for the optimal cost, time and energy consumption in the building. In the first five chapters we described the theoretical basics of construction projects cost and time analyses, we presented a multi-dwelling residential building in Ljutomer (residential block in Ljutomer F-B), which was considered in calculations, and we presented the chosen composition of external walls while taking into account three different factors »U«, and described the technologies of their construction. In the sixth chapter we performed cost analyses of external walls construction of a multi-dwelling residential building in Ljutomer and based on analyses using the Vico Office R5.2 software we created a cost (5D) and time (4D) information modeling of residential objects. The results and comparisons are summarized in the seventh chapter. Conclusions and final findings are given in the last chapter of this master’s thesis.
