Abstract:
V magistrskem delu se bomo osredotočili na družbeno odgovornost, kjer bomo teorijo nadgradili s prakso. Praktično raziskovanje bomo povezali z našim področjem izobraževanja, logistiko. Preučevali bomo najboljša logistična podjetja, ki logistično dejavnost opravljajo na področju Republike Slovenije. Logistična podjetja opravljajo dejavnosti, ki so družbi bolj vidne, zato je tudi njihovo delovanje bolj izpostavljeno, s tem pa tudi vse, kar se z njimi dogaja in kar izvajajo. Družbena odgovornost obsega široko področje. Na njo lahko gledamo iz različnih vidikov. Zavedamo se, da če se družbena odgovornost izvaja že v podjetju do zaposlenih, se jo potem lažje prenese v delovanje do uporabnikov ter še dalje do okolja. Družbena odgovornost podjetjem prinaša dolgoročno dodatno vrednost in s tem konkurenčno prednost. Bistvo delovanja vseh podjetij je, da dosegajo kakovostne rezultate. Namen našega magistrskega dela je, da poudarimo pomen družbene odgovornosti, da bi jo vsi prepoznali, cenili ter znali pravilno ovrednotiti vsa tista podjetja, ki jo imajo zapisano in jo tudi izvajajo. Na tovrsten način postajamo vsi boljši, zadovoljnejši, učinkovitejši in te lastnosti pomenijo za vse subjekte, dejavnosti, vključno z logistiko, pozitivne usmeritve. Prepričani smo, da je družbena odgovornost eden od dejavnikov, ki podjetjem omogočajo, da so danes boljša, ko so bila včeraj ter da bodo jutri še uspešnejša, kot so danes.

Analysis some criteria of social responsibility in logistics companies
Abstract:
In the master's thesis, we will focus on social responsibility where theory will be upgraded by practice. Practical research will be connected with our are of education – logistics. We will research the best logistic companies, which perform their logistic activity on the area of the Republic of Slovenia. Logistic companies perform activities, which are more vivid for society because their activities are more exposed and everything what they execute and do with that. Social responsibility is a wide area. We can research it from different points of view. We are aware that if social responsibility is executed in a company to the employees, it is easier to transfer it to customers and to the social environment. Social responsibility brings longterm added value to companies and with that competitive advantage. The main point of all companies’ performance is to reach quality results. The purpose of our master's thesis is to stress the meaning of social responsibility, to be recognisable by all, appreciate and know how to assess all these companies, which have it in written form and also execute it. We are becoming better, more satisfied, efficient and all these features are meant for all subjects, activities, including logistics of positive direction. We are certain that social responsibility is one of the factors, which can enable companies to be better today than yesterday and that they will be better tomorrow than today.
