Abstract:Trgovsko podjetje se ukvarja z veleprodajo medicinsko-tehničnih pripomočkov enega izmed največjih proizvajalcev v Evropi.

Title:ANALYSIS OF CHANGES IN PRICES OF MEDICAL AND HOME CARE WHOLESALE TRADER PRODUCTS
Abstract:Trading company is engaged in the wholesale medical and home care products one of the largest producers in Europe. One of its problems is change in prices in certain segments, which are often not considered and analyzed. We were interested in domestic and foreign markets of medical and home care products and we compare their differences and similarities. Segmenting the market and determining the responsiveness of customers to price changes, will contribute to more informed decision-making process and the company formed a strategic and tactical marketing plan. In the last part we focused on changes in the prices of certain company products in the last five years. We found out that changes in prices of medical devices effect on sale regardless on market segment. The intensity of response sale we cannot solely attribute to price change, since on this can affect a lot of other direct and indirect factors, which are often non-price nature. So we can disprove the argument, that changes in wholesale prices of medical devices that can be reimbursed, have less impact on sale of medical devices, as medical devices which are not reimbursed.
