Abstract:	Slovenija za visokošolsko izobraževanje iz javnih sredstev namenja nadpovprečno velik delež BDP-ja v primerjavi z drugimi državami članicami Evropske unije. Upravičeno je pričakovati, da so javna sredstva porabljena v skladu s cilji poslovno-finančnih načel in s predpisi, ki urejajo področje visokega šolstva. Pri ugotavljanju vzdržnosti financiranja izobraževanja v visokem šolstvu so nefinančni kazalniki ključnega pomena. Število brezposelnih z visokošolsko izobrazbo narašča, zato mora Slovenija izobraževati perspektivne kadre in vlagati finančna sredstva v tiste visokošolske študijske programe, ki omogočajo diplomantom primerno zaposlitev. Način financiranja je treba urediti tako, da bo sistem družbi zagotavljal tržno relevantna znanja ob primerni porabi finančnih sredstev. Slovenija je leta 2014 dosegla evropski in nacionalni cilj izobraženosti na terciarni ravni. Javno financiranje izobraževanja v visokem šolstvu, ki izobražuje nezaposljive diplomante in celo preveč izobražene zaposlene, je nevzdržno. Nevzdržen sistem financiranja visokega šolstva je treba prenoviti tako, da bo ta dolgoročno vzdržen.

Title:	SUSTAINABILITY OF HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING IN SLOVENIA
Abstract:	Im Vergleich zu anderen Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union, teilt Slowenien aus den öffentlichen Mitteln, einen überdurchschnittlich hohen Anteil des BIP für Hochschulfinanzierung zu. Es ist zu erwarten, dass die öffentlichen Mittel im Einklang mit den Zielen des Finanzmanagements und Verordnungen auf dem Gebiet des Hochschulwesens verwendet werden. Bei der Bestimmung der Nachhaltigkeit der Finanzierung von Hochschulbildung, sind die nicht finanziellen Indikatoren von entscheidender Bedeutung. Die Zahl der Arbeitslosen mit höherer Bildung steigt, daher muss Slowenien in solche Hochschulprogramme investieren, die den Absolventen auf für ihn geeignete Arbeitstelle vorbereiten. Es ist erforderlich die Finanzierung so zu gestalten, dass die marktrelevante Fähigkeiten mit vergleichbarer Effizienz der Verwendung von finanziellen Mitteln, der Öffentlichkeit zu Verfügung stehen. Slowenien erreichte im Jahr 2014 das europäische und das nationale Ziel der Ausbildung auf der Tertiärstufe. Die öffentliche Finanzierung der Hochschulbildung, die nicht vermittelbare Absolventen und sogar überqualifizierte Arbeitsnehmer erziehtl, ist nicht nachhaltig. Die Nicht nachhaltige Hochschulsysteme müssen so angepasst werden, dass diese langfristig und nachhaltig werden.
