Abstract:
Diplomsko delo temelji na analizi dveh aktivnih investicijskih projektov sončne elektrarne, in sicer na osnovi izračuna ČSV naložbe in pa analizi občutljivosti ključnih spremenljivk. Z namenom svetovanja investitorju je v raziskavo vključena še analiza novega investicijskega projekta, tj. naložbe v obnovljivi vir energije: sončno elektrarno. Glede na to, da raziskava temelji na analizi investicijskega projekta, so sam pojem, namen sestave, analize in vrednotenja na kratko opredeljeni v uvodnem delu. Prav tako so v diplomskem delu na kratko predstavljene metode vrednotenja investicij. Izbrane in v raziskavi tudi uporabljene metode pa so natančneje opredeljene. S samim izračunom ČSV naložbe in analize občutljivosti projekta sta v delu poudarjena pomen in upoštevanje teh dejavnikov pri odločanju o investicijah z velikim kapitalskim vložkom, kar naložba v sončno elektrarno je. Prav tako je v delu poudarek na pomenu subvencije za obnovljive vire energije Evropske skupnosti, katere del je tudi Slovenija. V sklepnem delu so podane na osnovi izdelanih izračunov in analiz pripravljene ugotovitve ter zaključno mnenje o odločitvi glede vsebine nove investicije.

Title:
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF SOLAR POWER PROJECT IN THE COMPANY GRMEN D. O. O.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is based on the analysis of two active investment projects of solar power plant, namely on the basis of the calculation of NPV (net present value) of investment and by sensitivity analysis of key variables. With a view to advising the investor, the study included an analysis of new investment project, also with a view to investing in a renewable energy source, the solar power plant. Given that the survey is based on an analysis of the investment project, the concept, the purpose of the composition, the analysis and valuation of the latter are briefly defined in the introductory part. Also, the thesis outlines methods for evaluating investments, and the selected, which are also used in the study, were precisely defined. With the calculation of NPV of investment and sensitivity analysis of the project, the work emphasizes the importance of and compliance with these criteria when deciding on investments with high capital investment, which is typical for an investment in solar energy. The thesis also gives an emphasis on the importance of subsidies in renewable energies, as an objective of the European Community, part of which is also Slovenia. The concluding part offers findings on the basis of calculations and analyses made, and a final opinion on the decision on the content of the new investment.
