Title:PRENOVA DELOVNIH TOKOV Z UPORABO PROGRAMSKE OPREME V OBLAKU

Abstract:Živimo v času hitrih sprememb in megatrendov. Dve izmed posledic globalizacije, ki ju izpostavljamo v tej diplomski nalogi, sta povečano seljenje kadrov in uporaba novih tehnologij. Podjetja neprestano iščejo nove načine za izboljšanje razmer in orodij za delo, take rešitve pa se nemalokrat kažejo v uporabi sodobnih tehnologij. Selitev kadra je kompleksen proces, ki podjetjem pogosto povzroča težave. Zato je bil cilj te diplomske naloge prenova delovnega procesa selitve z implementacijo programske opreme v oblaku. V naši raziskavi nas je zanimalo, ali bo prenova delovnega procesa omogočila hitrejšo in cenejšo selitev kadrov; ali bo implementacija naročniku omogočila boljši pregled in urejenost dokumentacije; ali bo uporaba programske opreme v oblaku Move Guides zaposlenim omogočila manj stresno in bolj poenostavljeno selitev ter hitrejšo adaptacijo v novem okolju. V praktičnem delu smo izvedli testno selitev, sam proces selitve pa kasneje opisali, ovrednotili in primerjali s staro metodo selitve. Naše ugotovitve so pokazale, da uporaba aplikacije MG na dolgi rok lahko zniža stroške selitve kadra, zaposlenim omogoča boljšo izkušnjo selitve, poveča produktivnost zaposlenih, omogoča najem preverjenih in zanesljivih ponudnikov storitev, izboljša preglednost podatkov, izplačil v realnem času ter predstavlja orodje za celovit vpogled v celoten proces selitve.

Title:WORK FLOW RENEWAL USING CLOUD BASED SOFTWARE
Abstract:Today's World is fast changing and megatrend environment. Talent relocation and using latest high tech solution, two consequences of globalization will be analysed in this thesis. Corporations are constantly looking for and try to implement new solutions to increase associates efficiency. Talent relocation is complex and old-fashioned process which often occur issues to the companies. Due to all above, aim of this thesis is a renewal of work processes using Cloud based software. Our research was based on, if work processes renewal will increase faster and more cost efficient relocation; will implementation allow better document transperancy; will use of Move Guides cloud software solution allow Talent less stressfull and easier relocation as well as faster integration in new environment. In a practical part of thesis we performed test relocation, analyses description, evaluation and comparison using old method. Our conclusions are that using Move Guides cloud based software solution can decrease our costs on long term basis, enable talent more pleasant relocation experience, increase associates productivity, offers verified and reliable providers, increase data and real time payouts transparency as well as comprehensive view on entire relocation process.
