Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava orodja za vroče iztiskovanje palic, cevi in profilov iz aluminijevih zlitin. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljena preoblikovalnost materiala, opis postopkov istosmernega in protismernega iztiskanja, opis ene od stiskalnih linij v PCP Profilarni, potek dela z orodji za iztiskanje in opis merilnih sredstev pri uporabi iztiskanja. Poseben poudarek je namenjen odvzemu prvih vzorcev pri iztiskanju novih profilov za merilni protokol. Prvi vzorci iztiskanja in merilni protokoli so ključnega pomena za nadaljnje korekcije orodja, če je to potrebno. V raziskovalnem delu diplomskega dela so predstavljena orodja, ki so bila uporabljena med delom, prvi vzorci iztiskanja, merilni rezultati in predstavljene korekcije, ki so se izvedle. Za merilni protokol vzorcev pa se je uporabljala merilno skenirna naprava Romidot.

Title:Hot extrusion dies for bars, tubes and profiles from aluminium alloys
Abstract:This graduation thesis is about tools for hot extrusion of rods, tubes and profiles made of aluminium alloys. The theoretical part of the graduation thesis presents formability of the material, description of procedures of forward and backward extrusion, description of an extrusion line in the “PCP Profilarna” plant, workflow of extrusion tools and description of measuring equipment for the extrusion process. Special emphasis is put on obtaining the first samples during the extrusion of new profiles for the measuring protocol. First samples of extrusion and measuring protocols are essential for further tool corrections, if required. The research part of the graduation thesis presents the tool which were used, first extrusion samples, measurement results and corrections which were performed. For the measuring protocol of samples a Romidot scanning/measuring device was used.
