Title:PREDLOG NOVE ORGANIZIRANOSTI V PODJETJU IN2 D. O. O. KOPER Z UVEDBO PROJEKTNE PISARNE

Abstract:V prvem delu diplomske naloge je zbrano gradivo strokovne literature in člankov s področja organizacije, projektov, projektnega managementa s poudarkom na projektni pisarni in njeni informacijski podpori. V nadaljevanju predstavljamo opazovano podjetje IN2 d.o.o. Koper, ki je izključno projektno naravnano. Ugotavljamo pomanjkanje znanja o projektnem managementu in nedefinirane projektne vloge. Pri proučevanju izvajanja zahtevnih kompleksnih projektov naletimo na več slabosti, ki se kažejo v vodenju projektov, v razporejanju dela kadrom, v informacijski podpori, nadziranju projektov in spremljanju stroškov. V zaključku podajamo predlog rešitve z uvedbo dveh projektnih pisarn druge stopnje, ki jo umeščamo pod posamezni oddelek programskih rešitev in strateško projektno pisarno, ki jo umeščamo v sam vrh organizacijske strukture. V zadnjem delu naloge smo opredelili informacijski sistem za podporo vodenju projektov, obseg organizacijskih predpisov, naloge za projektnega vodjo, člane projektnega tima, projektne pisarne na nivoju oddelka in strateške projektne pisarne ter opredeliti kadrovsko sestavo projektnih pisarn. Ker je izbira vodje projektnih pisarn zelo pomembna, smo si za konec pogledali še sedem dejavnikov, ki predstavljajo bistvo vodenja: samodisciplina, namen, dosežek, odgovornost, znanje, skladnost in zgled.

Title:PROPOSAL OF NEW ORGANIZATION IN IN2 D. O. O. KOPER COMPANY WITH IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT OFFICE
Abstract:In the first part of the diploma thesis, there is material of expert literature and articles collected from the area of organization, project, project management with the stress on project office and its information support. In continuation, we present the observed company IN2 d. o. o. Koper, which is exclusively project targeted. We found out that the lack of knowledge about project management and non-defined project roles. We have found several weaknesses when researching the execution of demanding complex projects, which are vivid in the leading of the projects, delegating the work to employees, information support, supervision of the projects, and costs watching. The conclusion presents a suggestion of the solution with introduction of two project offices of the second degree, which is placed under each department of programme solutions and strategic project office, which is placed on the top of the organization structure. The last part of the thesis defines an information system for supporting managing the projects, range of the organization regulations, tasks for the project leader, members of the project team, project office at the level of the department and strategic project office, and define the cadre structure of the project offices. Because the choice of the project offices leader is very important, we have finished the thesis with seven factors, which are the essence of management: self-discipline, the purpose, achievement, responsibility, knowledge, harmony, and an example.
