Title:Kaj o zdravi prehrani védo in kaj jedo učenci osnovne šole Janka Padežnika

Abstract:Magistrsko delo Kaj o zdravi prehrani vedo in kaj jedo učenci osnovne šole Janka Padežnika je sestavljeno iz dveh zaokroženih, med seboj dopolnjujočih celot - teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu je opredeljen zdrav način življenja, opisana zdrava prehrana in predstavljen projekt Zdrava šola. V empiričnem delu pa je s stališča zdrave prehrane analiziran šestmesečni jedilnik Osnovne šole Janka Padežnika Maribor in predstavljena empirična raziskava, s pomočjo katere je ugotovljeno, kaj o zdravi prehrani vedo in kaj jedo učenci Osnovne šole Janka Padežnika Maribor (N = 260). Ugotovljeno je, da anketirani učenci veliko vedo o zdravi prehrani, vedo, kaj je zdravo jesti in poznajo primerno število dnevnih obrokov hrane. Kljub znanju, ki ga imajo o zdravi prehrani, uživajo manj zdravo hrano, vendar v večini ne večkrat tedensko. V večini imajo anketirani učenci redne dnevne obroke hrane, vendar pijejo premalo tekočine.

Title:What pupils of Janko Padežnik Primary School know about healthy nutrition and what they eat
Abstract:The master thesis What pupils of Janko Padežnik Primary School know about healthy nutrition and what they eat consists of two complete complementary parts - the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part defines a healthy lifestyle, describes a healthy diet and presents the project Healthy school. In the empirical part, from the perspective of a healthy diet, a six-months menu of the Janko Padežnik Primary School has been analyzed and an empirical research has been presented, by means of which it has been established what pupils of Janko Padežnik Primary School know about a healthy diet and what they are eating (N = 260). It has been found that the surveyed pupils know a lot about healthy nutrition, they know what is healthy to eat and are familiar with the appropriate number of meals per day. Despite the knowledge they have on healthy diet, they consume less healthy food but mostly not several times a week. The majority of surveyed pupils have regular daily meals, but they do not drink enough fluid.
