Abstract:
Farmacevtska industrija se v današnjem svetu hitrih sprememb ne sooča le s hudo konkurenco, ampak tudi z omejitvami državnih regulatorjev pri prodaji zdravil. Načelo »cenejše zdravilo je lahko enako dobro« je takorekoč zakoreninjeno že v vseh zdravstvenih sistemih po svetu. Razlog za to je v klestenju stroškov zdravstvenih storitev. Preživetje podjetja danes ni odvisno le od vse tesnejšega sodelovanja ter zadostnih vlaganj v znanost in razvoj, ampak tudi od učinkovitosti proizvodnih procesov. Eden od teh je nabavni, ki je v generičnem farmacevtskem podjetju ključni za nakup kakovostnih surovin za izdelavo bioekvivalentnih zdravil. Za razumevanje vseh teh področij sem opisal tudi razmere na farmacevtskem trgu in politiko določanja cen originalnim (referenčnim) in generičnim zdravilom.

PROCUREMENT EXAMPLE IN GENERIC PHARMACEUTICAL ENTERPRISE
Abstract:
Rash development nowadays does not only force pharmaceutical industry to face fierce competition but it also has to deal with strict national drug selling regulations. The principle ‘the cheaper of the drugs is as effective as the expensive one’ is present in all health systems. The reason for that is the reduction of costs. A company’s viability does not depend only on close collaboration and adequate investments in research and development, but also on production process effectiveness. One of these processes is procurement that represents the key factor for the supply of raw material which is used in bioequivalent drugs production. Pharmaceutical market situation and the policy for determining originator and generic drugs pricing are essential for understanding the complexity of the pharmaceutical industry.
