Abstract:
Cilj magistrskega dela je določitev materialnih parametrov aluminijaste cevi na podlagi reakcijskih sil opravljenih tri-točkovnih upogibnih preizkusov. Pri tem je bil uporabljen inverzni postopek na osnovi reakcijskih sil numeričnega modela tri-točkovnega upogibnega preizkusa in optimizacijskih algoritmov. Izdelali smo delujoč eksplicitni numerični model s splošno nastavitvijo materialnih parametrov, katerih vrednosti smo nato zamenjali s spremenljivkami in vnesli v optimizacijsko shemo. Variacijo spremenljivk smo izvajali s pomočjo optimizacijskih algoritmov. Uporabljena sta bila genetski algoritem in Nelder-Meadova simpleks metoda. Primerjavo reakcijskih sil (F-d diagram) simulacije in ekspeimenta smo vršili z metodo najmanjših kvadratov. Povprečna napaka najboljše simulacije je zanšala le 0,89 %. Dobljeni rezultati optimizacije se več kot zadovoljivo skladajo z rezultati upogibnega preizkusa, zato smatramo, da bi se na podoben način dalo pridobiti matreialne podatke tudi pri drugih vrstah obremenitvenih primerov.

Title:
Inverse determination of empty tube material parameters at bending load
Abstract:
The goal of this master thesis is to determine the material parameters of empty aluminum tube based on the reaction forces of the three-point bending test. An inverse method was used, based on the reaction forces of the numerical model of the three-point bending test and optimization algorithms. We have created an explicit numerical model with general values of the material parameters, which were then replaced with variables and imported into the optimization scheme. Variation of variables was performed using optimization algorithms. Genetic algorithm and Nelder-Mead Simplex method were used. Least squares method was used to evaluate the difference between simulation and experiment reaction force data. Average error of the best simulation was only 0,89 %. The results of the optimization are more than sufficiently consistent with the results of the experimental bending test. Therefore, we consider that material data for other types of loading conditions could also be obtained in a similar manner.
