Abstract:V diplomskem delu je bila analizirana varivost jekel, namenjenih za trezorje. Eksperimentalno smo zvarili več soležnih zvarov na jeklih X5CrNi18-10 in kotnih zvarov na kombinaciji jekel S235 JR-N in X120Mn12 ter S235 JR-N in Hardprim C45. Samo na sočelnih zvarnih spojih so bili izvedeni natezni in upogibni preizkusi zvarov. Izmerjene so bile trdote in analizirana je bila mikrostruktura na svetlobnem mikroskopu, pri tem pa smo uporabili sočelne in kotne zvare.

Title:Weldability of steels for safes
Abstract:The diploma paper analyses the weldability of steel for safes. We welded a number of butt welds on steels X5CrNi18-10 and fillet welds on a combination of steels S235 JR-N, X120Mn12 and S235 JR-N and Hardprim C45 on a trial basis. Tensile and bending tests on welds were performed only on butt and fillet welds. Hardness levels were measured and microstructure was analysed on a light microscope with the help of butt and fillet welds.
