Abstract:Magistrsko delo se ukvarja z analizo uvajanja avtomatizacije v proizvodni proces s ciljem optimizacije procesa. Cilj je bil predstaviti modeliranje poslovnega procesa s pomočjo uporabe standarda BPMN in ugotoviti, kako avtomatizacija vpliva na proces v primerjavi z ročno obdelavo. Eksperiment je bil izveden z orodjema Bizagi in Signavio na praktičnem primeru proizvodnje nerjavečega rezervoarja. Uporabljeni so bili pristopi, kot so identifikacija, modeliranje, simulacija in optimizacija. S pomočjo kvantitativne analize in primerjave smo prišli do rezultatov, ki kažejo, da uvedba avtomatizacije pozitivno vpliva na obhodni čas in strošek procesa.

Title:ANALYSIS, REDESIGN AND AUTOMATION PROPOSAL OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS IN THE LETINA INOX COMPANY
Abstract:The master's thesis analyses the introduction of automatiion in the production process to optimise it. The goal was to provide insight into business process modelling with the BPMN standard and to determine the impact of automation on the process compared to manual processing. The experiment was conducted based on a practical example of the production of a stainless steel tank using Bizagi and Signavio tools. The following approaches were adopted: identification, modelling, simulation and optimisation. The quantitative analysis and comparison indicated that automation has a positive impact on the cycle time and process costs.
